55-min Total Body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a total body barre strength, lower body burn with a bonus pilates abs strengthening . If you are looking to shake up your current routine, this heart pumping class is for you (grip socks or barefoot)
If you want to get stronger, feel empowered you might want to take Cardio Kick it's a total body cardiovascular workout that has a blend of martial arts incorporating jabbing,punching and kicking your way into feeling like you can take on the world.

This class is for the more advanced students of the Pilates Method. Its a bit more fast paced so we recommend only Advanced students take the class as to keep it flowing. Exercises flow from one to the next a bit more fluidly.
Learn to strengthen and tone your body in a way you never thought possible, working the small muscles fibers in your body, with fluid movement and strength building exercises using the Pilates Reformers and Jump Boards to increase cardio as well. *to enroll you must be free of any major injuries or restrictions that would keep you from the range of work in a pilates equipment class. **If you’re new to Pilates there’s a pre-requirement of 3 private sesssions before you join any Pilates group apparatus class for safety reasons. Private classes will teach you how to safely set the equipment, familiarize yourself with the movements and be safe on the reformer and other apparatus**

Vinyasa practice of Yoga is a more fluid, rigorous practice in which you will be linking breath with movement to create a “flow” of postures. Through practice you can achieve not only mental but also physical strength, flexibility and endurance. This class welcomes all level, but some knowledge of vinyasa practice is recommendeded.
Yin Yoga is a passive practice which involves variations of supine and seated poses held for 3-5 minutes accessing deeper layers of fascia. Yin will relax your mind and body. It will change your day!
